The Dark Knight finds James Gordon and Batman joining with Harvey Dent, Gotham’s new District Attorney and proclaimed “White Knight”, to help fight the escalating violence and crime in Gotham. The mayhem is brought to an even deadlier level by the insanely sociopathic killer known as the Joker.

The Dark Knight is an intense thriller from beginning to end. Heath Ledger has immortalized his interpretation of the Joker in Hollywood forever. The superb writing by Jonah Nolan and the riveting direction from Christopher Nolan has created one of the best comic adaptations of all time. This certainly is Christopher Nolan’s masterpiece.
